"VEGAN BAKING BASICS" Step-by-Step vegan basic baking techniques for beginners, sweet enthusiasts and home cooking lovers", it's the first publication of the Berlin based food blogger THA VEGAN BAKER.     "ThaVeganBaker" is a Black woman, born and raised in South America.
